Return Process

  Log into your KEF account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack with Care

  Place the product in its original factory packaging, including all accessories, manuals, and protective inserts to prevent damage during transit.

  Attach Shipping Label

  Securely seal the box and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email, ensuring the RMA number is clearly visible on the exterior of the package.

  Refund Processing

  Once our technicians inspect the returned unit at our service center, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
